SO PLEASED
After listening to the entire program and reading the information provided I decided there were three things I could do to attempt to get rid of my cystic acne. I am 30 years old and this has never been an issue for me until the last 6 months. Within TWO weeks my skin was totally clear of the acne. I never thought I could achieve that without getting on BC or taking some kind of medicine. This was life changing and so helpful thank you. I wish I took a before picture to compare to the after.

So many myths debunked from each angle of skincare!
Happy I've taken this course to look at the industry's "Green-Washing", harmful ingredients, and factors I didn't even consider that contribute to acne.
