Slip the pad over your finger. Use anytime you would normally use a cotton ball or cotton round!

- To remove makeup or cleanse: Wet with water or apply GENTLECLEAN. Gently massage over skin, including delicate areas.
- To apply toner: Add a small amount of BRIGHTMEUP (or your favorite toner) and sweep evenly across skin.
