    All in One Beauty - Obsessed!!

    NAILS: Within the first week, I noticed my nails were SO much stronger, so I can tell it's going to work amazing for my hair too. I frequently get gel/dip manicures and so my natural nails are weak as a result but this very quickly helped strengthen them.

    HAIR: I also deal with thinning around my hairline, so I am excited to see how this helps. Within 1.5 months I do feel like my hair is more dense around my hairline and I know it will take time but excited to see how this helps my hair grow! The pics are about 1.5 months apart and you can see less of my scalp so I'm so excited!

    SKIN: For my skin I think it's too soon to tell but I keep seeing incredible anti-aging stories about Silica + MSM Sulfur on social media that it is people's holy grail for aging well, so I am 1000% going to keep this in my routine!!

    I am so happy to have found a supplement without acne triggers (I am super sensitive to biotin) that I can take for all of my beauty concerns! LOVE this supplement!!

    Better than nutrafol

    I learned the hard way that biotin breaks me out so I was very happy to see this product. I am already seeing better results than nutrafol and am not breaking out whatsoever! Obvi you need to wait for your hair to grow but I can already see stronger nails and new baby hairs in my hairline so I know it is working for me!

    Works so fast, loving it!

    I started this a little over 2 weeks ago and started to see better nails within a week (this has been a struggle for me for years so I'm thrilled!) I am so happy they made this because all other hair and nails vitamins break me out terribly. So far no breakouts, and I feel very good about these ingredients and their effectiveness

    Good so far!

    Since I’ve been taking these for less than a month I obviously haven’t noticed any drastic results in my hair yet. But so far the capsules haven’t upset my sensitive stomach when I take a couple with a meal or snack. I’ve forgotten to take with an evening meal a couple times but they’re still fine by themselves. I have noticed my nails seem to be growing a bit faster.

    Not for me

    I wished this worked for me! Biotin causes itchy rashes on my chin and neck, and finding a hair, skin, and nails supplement without it is impossible. After week one of taking this I noticed that same kind of rash starting. I stopped for a few days thinking it was a fluke, and it cleared up. I started up again and quickly noticed the same itchy symptoms. I think my body/skin is just too sensitive to something in this.
